After completion of the railway tunnels for the Stuttgart 21 project, a future-oriented ensemble will be built in the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart's central railway station that will set new standards. On an area of around 13,400sqm, a new mixed quarter in an 1A location with very high-quality architecture will be realised with the inclusion of the listed building of the Old Railway Directorate (Alte Bahndirektion).
