Since its foundation in 2002, the company has been constantly developing and has grown dynamically, but always in an organic manner. Today, we can proudly boast a completed project volume of 600 million euros in total.
Our product range is broadly diversified. Not only do we develop and build detached houses, apartments and micro apartments, but also offices, retail premises and hotels. The planning of the Porsche Design Tower in Frankfur as the first branded building in Europe is the most innovative product in our portfolio and at the same time the last link in a chain in which new business areas are being built on the basis of the experience gained from previous projects.
We work independently of banks and implement our projects with a high proportion of equity capital thanks to shareholders with excellent credit ratings. This enables us to take decisions quickly and react promptly, giving us a high degree of flexibility and efficiency.
With a workforce of now 40 at the Sankt Augustin, Frankfurt and soon-to-be-added Stuttgart locations as well as a project development volume of 500 million euros, we are continuing to grow.

Gerd Hebebrand (b. 1963) has been primarily responsible for the company's rise from regional developer to nationwide developer for over 15 years. Since P+B was founded in 2002, he has continuously expanded the company’s business activities. His entrepreneurial career is based on a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne. Gerd began his professional career as a trainee at Commerzbank, followed by several years as a branch manager. This was followed by a move to a family-owned real estate company, which was successful in the areas of portfolio management and development. During this time he gained valuable experience as a managing director, which he contributed to the development of P+B Group. Gerd Hebebrand played a decisive role in shaping the corporate culture and the high quality standards of P+B Group. After completion of the railway tunnels for the Stuttgart 21 project, a future-oriented ensemble will be built in the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart's central railway station that will set new standards.
