Since its foundation in 2002, the company has developed steadily and has grown dynamically, but always organically. Today, we can look back on a realized project volume of around 800 million euros. With a project development volume of around €1 billion and a portfolio of around €75 million, we are on a dynamic growth path.
Our product range is broadly diversified. We develop and build future-proof city quarters under our Neuland brand, single-family homes, multi-storey flats and micro-apartments, as well as offices, retail space and hotels.
We plan our properties with a forward-looking view of the needs of the users as well as the future development of the markets - and we do so in accordance with the latest sustainability standards. We act according the ESG-criteria (Environmental, Social and corporate Governance).
We implement our projects with a high proportion of equity capital thanks to shareholders with excellent credit ratings. This enables us to take decisions quickly and react promptly, giving us a high degree of flexibility and efficiency.
With around 35 employees at our headquarters in Troisdorf and at our locations in Frankfurt and Stuttgart and a project development volume of apprx. 1 billion euros, we continue to grow.

WE THINK AND ACT LONG-TERM
Our organisation is managed by a management team that values continuity, competence and fairness. The basic conviction is that a company such as P+B Group needs a strong team to grow out of its own efforts and to consistently create quality at the highest level. The executive team is committed to a canon of values based on fairness, respect and high motivation.
Gerd Hebebrand (b. 1963) has been primarily responsible for the company's rise from regional developer to nationwide developer for over 15 years. Since P+B was founded in 2002, he has continuously expanded the company’s business activities. His entrepreneurial career is based on a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne. Gerd began his professional career as a trainee at Commerzbank, followed by several years as a branch manager. This was followed by a move to a family-owned real estate company, which was successful in the areas of portfolio management and development. During this time he gained valuable experience as a managing director, which he contributed to the development of P+B Group. Gerd Hebebrand played a decisive role in shaping the corporate culture and the high quality standards of P+B Group. Customers and partners alike value him as a personality who combines long-term entrepreneurial thinking and visionary ideas with unconditional customer orientation and a passion for perfection down to the smallest detail.
Markus Volk (b. 1970) is COO of P+B Group and responsible for acquisition, project development, project management and customer relations. The graduate civil engineer and master of business administration has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining P+B Group, Markus Volk spent many years in leading positions at Strabag Real Estate GmbH and Ed. Züblin AG, primarily in the area of project development. With his profound expert know‐how as a project developer, his pronounced customer orientation and his many years of negotiation experience, the proven executive Markus Volk completes the management board of P+B Group.
Kai Scheible (*1980) completes the P+B Group's managing director team as CFO. The graduate in business administration has more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, including many years in management positions. Before joining the P+B Group, he was Commercial Director of LBBW Immobilien Kommunalentwicklung GmbH in Stuttgart and Managing Director of Bad Kreuznacher Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH. He is characterized by a pronounced analytical mindset, strong communication skills and, as CFO, a perfect understanding of figures combined with IT and commercial expertise.
Like his fellow managing directors, Kai Scheible is committed to ensuring that the P+B Group not only keeps pace with the major social, economic and ecological challenges facing the real estate industry, but also becomes a pioneer of development. He has also set himself the goal of consistently further digitalizing commercial processes and continuously optimizing reporting, which is already of a high standard at the P+B Group.
At the P+B Group, Kai Scheible is responsible for the Finance, Controlling, Administration, Legal and Human Resources departments.

Energielenker projects is working on the subsidized heat supply with geothermal use for P+B as part of a district development project. P+B is proving to be a reliable project partner with ambitious goals for low-emission, innovative heat and power supply and a holistic view of the needs and potential of future residents and the project partners involved.
We experience the collaboration with the P+B on the NEULAND Neuss project as very trusting, cooperative and constructive.
