Gerd Hebebrand (b. 1963) has been primarily responsible for the company's rise from regional developer to nationwide developer for nearly 25 years. Since P+B was founded in 2002, he has continuously expanded the company’s business activities. His entrepreneurial career is based on a degree in business administration from the University of Cologne. Gerd began his professional career as a trainee at Commerzbank, followed by several years as a branch manager. This was followed by a move to a family-owned real estate company, which was successful in the areas of portfolio management and development. During this time he gained valuable experience as a managing director, which he contributed to the development of P+B Group. Gerd Hebebrand played a decisive role in shaping the corporate culture and the high quality standards of P+B Group. Customers and partners alike value him as a personality who combines long-term entrepreneurial thinking and visionary ideas with unconditional customer orientation and a passion for perfection down to the smallest detail.
As CFO, Kai Scheible (born 1980) supports the management team of the P+B Group. A graduate in business administration (FH), he has more than fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, including many years in leadership roles. Before joining the P+B Group, he served as Commercial Director at LBBW Immobilien Kommunalentwicklung GmbH in Stuttgart and as Managing Director of Bad Kreuznacher Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH. He is distinguished by his strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and—as CFO—a natural aptitude for numbers, combined with IT and commercial expertise.
Like his fellow managing director, Kai Scheible is committed to ensuring that the P+B Group not only keeps pace with the major social, economic, and environmental challenges facing the real estate industry but also becomes a pioneer in this development. In addition, he has set himself the goal of consistently further digitizing business processes and continuously optimizing reporting, which already meets high standards at the P+B Group.
At the P+B Group, Kai Scheible is responsible for finance, controlling, administration, legal affairs, and human resources.
